A family representative has affirmed that a body found in a gorge close Seattle is 32-year-old performer Misty Upham.

Upham, who played the maid in the 2013 film August: Osage County with Meryl Streep, lamented the way that, as a Native American, she was normally given a role as "a cleaning specialist, or a detainee".
